Privacy Policy
DrapePilot is a private early-access fashion-content service operated by Mehmet Keskinkılıç in Türkiye. This policy explains the limited information collected through drapepilot.com and during a selected pilot.
Information we collect
- Early-access application details: brand name, work email, store URL, monthly product volume, timing, and optional notes.
- Basic campaign attribution that you provide in a link, such as source or campaign labels.
- If you are selected for a pilot: product images, generated results, review decisions, and related service records.
The website does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and the application records do not store your IP address.
How we use information
We use application details only to assess pilot fit, contact applicants, operate the private pilot, improve product-fidelity workflows, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable service records. We do not sell personal information.
Processors and international handling
The service uses infrastructure, email, database, storage, fashion-generation, and subscription-analytics providers to perform these functions. Apple processes App Store payments; RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous account identifier and purchase history for subscription analytics. DrapePilot does not provide either service with your account password. Information may therefore be processed outside your country with access limited to what is needed for the service.
Retention and deletion
Application and pilot records are kept only while reasonably needed to evaluate or operate early access, handle support, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing founder@drapepilot.com. We may retain limited records where required by law or for security and dispute prevention.
Your product images
Product inputs are used to create and review the requested fashion visual. Do not upload images unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use them. Selected pilot participants will receive any additional storage or deletion details before production use.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the effective date.
