Terms of Use

These terms apply to drapepilot.com and the DrapePilot private early-access pilot operated by Mehmet Keskinkılıç in Türkiye. By submitting an application or participating in a pilot, you agree to these terms.

Early access

Applying does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, or future availability. The current website does not take payment. Pilot capacity, features, and timelines may change while the service is being tested.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in the product images and brand materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload them and to request generated commercial visuals. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

Generated visuals require review

AI-generated results can change color, pattern, logo, construction, silhouette, anatomy, or other details. DrapePilot provides a review workflow, not a guarantee of exact product reproduction. Results do not predict physical fit, sizing, or how a garment will look on a particular person. You are responsible for approving each result and confirming that its use complies with your marketplace, advertising, disclosure, and consumer-protection obligations.

Protected replacement

Where offered, one protected replacement may be available for a material product-fidelity issue on an original eligible result. It is not available for a change in creative preference, and it does not guarantee that the replacement will be defect-free.

Service availability

Early-access features may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued for provider availability, security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product improvement. Keep independent copies of source and exported files that you need.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated here. DrapePilot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from unreviewed results, third-party platforms, or unavailable providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
